About Me

‘When one has been falling down the rabbit hole for long enough, it’s no longer a question of how to get back up, but rather if you ever want to rejoin the real world.’

As a student of sustainable management, a free time artist and a martial arts practitioner, I live in an interesting world. Hopefully my blog is a reflection of this. I live in Copenhagen, Denmark, where I study Sustainable management at Roskilde University. My main passion is environmental issues, in particular the declining non-renewable resources, and how to spread knowledge about them. Notice the slightly green color of my blog? That’s the eco geek in me, just fighting to get out.

Being an artist is a great way to keep one’s mind agile, since you constantly challenge your way of thinking, all the while in the presence of creative, innovative and amazing people. I’m a board member of the Collaborative Interactive Art Studio Illutron, were I do concept development, physical construction and some PR. I've been involved in illutron projects for Smukfest, Roskilde Festival, kulturSydHavn, and collaborated with Ardent Heavy Indutries on the spectacular Syzygryd installation for Burning Man 2010.

But to make use of an agile mind, one must also have an agile and balanced body. For this, the art of Practical Wing Chung, a branch of Wing Tsun, were technique and skill trumps size and strength, is my preferred choice. I have the Siu Lim Tau, and is now starting on Chaam Kiu. I have trained in Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Malmö, and Hong Kong, were our grand master Wan Kam Leung, has his main school.

So basically I’m just another blogger, writing about what I find to be interesting and important.
If there’s something you want me to know, or something you think I should write about, contact me.
